This Privacy Policy applies to the website and the associated services.

General Principles

As the operator of evinode, it is important to me that you are transparently informed about the collection and use of personal data. To enable the full functionality of the service, a small amount of data is collected and stored for technical reasons (see section Data Storage). Once the data is no longer needed, it will be irreversibly deleted. I adhere to the principle of data minimization.

The website and the services are hosted on Vercel. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

Data Storage

For the website to function, data is stored on your device for technical reasons. This consists of anonymized entries that can be retrieved on subsequent visits (your preferred language and appearance settings). Depending on browser support, entries are stored in the local «localStorage» database or via «cookies». These entries and cookies cannot and are not used to identify or track users.

Tracking and Analytics

I do not use any analytics platform, and no social media content, media, or buttons are embedded.

Emails are sent via Resend. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

Access, Correction and Deletion

You have the right to request information about the personal data I hold about you at any time. You also have the right to correction or deletion (right to be forgotten) of your personal data. To do so, please contact me. Please note that receiving your email will result in personal data being stored in my mailbox (see section Contact).

You can reach me via Contact. I will store all data you submit in order to respond appropriately to your inquiry. At this time, emails are forwarded to a mailbox hosted on Fastmail. It cannot be ruled out that the contents of your emails may be analyzed and used by Fastmail. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

I reserve the right to occasionally update this Privacy Policy to ensure it meets current legal requirements or to reflect changes to my infrastructure. Your continued use of the website and the service will be governed by the updated Privacy Policy.
